Swingers Sphere™ — Membership Screening Disclosure & Guideline 

We want to thank you for choosing Swingers Sphere™ as your lifestyle community. As part of our selection process, we conduct a criminal history search and biometric identification verification on all applicants.

This screening is designed to protect the safety, privacy, and integrity of our members. All information collected during this process is handled with the highest level of discretion and is never shared with third parties. Your data is protected under our Zero-Click Privacy Architecture™ and is fully compliant with applicable data protection regulations.

Through our proprietary FuseX background check system, we have direct access to criminal history records across all 3,143 counties in the United States, as well as the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) and all 94 Federal District Courts spanning the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and select U.S. territories — including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Biometric screening is conducted exclusively through FuseX’s proprietary technology. We do not use any third-party biometric vendors, ensuring your most sensitive data never leaves our controlled environment. However, for the purposes of criminal history cross verification, we may engage trusted third-party partners solely for cross-referencing and validation purposes. Any third-party access is strictly limited to criminal history data, governed by confidentiality agreements, and conducted in full compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Consent & Acknowledgment
By proceeding with your application, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• A criminal background check conducted through our proprietary FuseX screening system
• Biometric identification verification using FuseX’s exclusive in-house technology
• Secure storage of your screening results, accessible only to authorized Swingers Sphere™ personnel

Couples Verification Requirements

For couples applying for membership, both partners are required to be present at the same time. Each individual will complete the verification process in turn. Government-issued identification is required for the criminal history check.

To protect the integrity of our community from fraud, catfishing, fake couple profiles, identity misrepresentation, and dangerous individuals, Swingers Sphere™ requires both partners to be physically present together during a one-time biometric identity and facial recognition verification process.

This verification confirms profile authenticity, supports our member safety screening procedures, and ensures that every verified couple within the community has met the same security standards. Your biometric data is used exclusively for identity verification purposes, is never visible to other members, and is never shared with third parties. We appreciate your commitment to helping maintain a safer, more authentic, and trusted community experience.

Please know that a background check does not automatically disqualify your application. Each review is conducted individually, with care and without judgment.
