This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information across all Swingers Sphere™ platforms, including our website, mobile applications, FuseX™ private events, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

All current and former users of Swingers Sphere™ websites and applications.
Data collected by Bilderberg Digital LLC affiliates or subsidiaries acting on our behalf.

This Policy does not govern third-party websites or services outside of Swingers Sphere™ control.

All payment transactions are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. “Bilderberg Digital LLC” will appear as the merchant on your billing statement. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are secured via SSL/TLS encryption.

7.  CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Use of Swingers Sphere™ is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, please report it to us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.

8.  DATA STORAGE & RETENTION

All member data is stored in secure, redundant, encrypted systems maintained by trusted infrastructure providers. Credit card data is never stored on our servers.

Due to the legally sensitive nature of our platform and the long-term protections our member agreements are designed to provide, user agreements, activity logs, and associated records may be retained indefinitely to support future legal claims, compliance obligations, or dispute resolution—even decades after account deactivation.

9.  LAW ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your information when required or permitted by law, including:

  In response to a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant.
 To cooperate with law enforcement under exigent circumstances.
 To protect the safety or rights of our users or the public.
 To support litigation, enforce our platform agreements, or defend against legal claims.

All retained member agreements include perpetual protective provisions, including but not limited to:

10.  PAYMENT DISPUTES & COLLECTIONS

If you dispute a charge or carry a past-due balance, we reserve the right to share limited billing and account activity information with our payment processor or a collections agency as necessary to resolve the dispute or recover amounts owed.

11.  INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

By using Swingers Sphere™, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

European Union / EEA / Switzerland: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). You may exercise your data subject rights at any time, or escalate unresolved complaints to the ICDR-AAA arbitration body.

United Kingdom: We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data subject rights are described in Section 13 of this Policy.

Brazil: We process personal data in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and its core data processing principles.

New Zealand: We strive to align with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Your continued use of our Services acknowledges that certain protections may vary outside of New Zealand’s jurisdiction.

View, update, or correct your account data at any time.
Opt out of marketing and promotional communications.

Deactivate your account at any time.

Following deactivation, Swingers Sphere™ may retain certain data as required by law, to fulfill ongoing legal obligations, or for anti-fraud and platform integrity purposes, consistent with regulatory requirements.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
